Cinnamon Bark


• Cinnamon essential oil can be used to enhance any of your favorite dishes. Less is more when cooking with essential oils so we recommend dipping a toothpick into your bottle and then swirling into your dish for the perfect amount.

• During your nightly routine, add one drop of Cinnamon to two ounces of water and gargle for an effective mouth rinse.

• Place two or three drops in a spray bottle with water for a quick and easy effective cleaning spray.

• Add to your favorite recipes in place of ground cinnamon for a delightfully spicy flavor


Bonus Recipe

Cinnamon Applesauce

4 lbs apples

1 cup of water

2-4 drops Lemon essential oil

1 drop Cinnamon essential oil

Peel and core apples and cut into pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large in a large stockpot and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Let cool. Mash or puree. Enjoy!

Wild Orange

oil uses:

• Cold-pressed from the orange peel, Wild Orange is excellent for energizing and revitalizing. It is commonly used as an effective tool for uplifting mood, as well as for its wonderful citrusy aroma.

• Use in an all purpose spray to cleanse and purify surfaces

• Add a drop to your water every day for a burst of flavor and overall health

• Diffuse to purify the air

• Energize the mind and body by dispensing one to two drops in the palm of your hand along with equal parts Peppermint and Frankincense. Rub palms together, inhale deeply from palms then rub the back of the neck.

Wild Orange Fruit Dip

8 oz Cool Whip

4 oz Cream Cheese

1-5 Drops Wild Orange essential oil

Blend softened cream cheese, cool whip and oil together until well blended and creamy. Pair with your favorite fruit. 


Oil Uses:

• Great "starter oil" for those new to essential oils. So many uses and benefits. 

• Add to water for a natural body detoxifier. 

• Add to laundry detergent to remove odors. 

• Add to baked goods for a lemon zing.

Lemon Icing

1/2 c. organic powdered sugar

2 tsp. water

1 drop Lemon essential oil 

Carefully add one drop of Lemon essential oil to water mixing well. Add powered sugar and mix until smooth. Add to your favor pound, lemon or vanilla cake. 


On Guard

Oil Uses:

• Diffuse to eliminate airborne pathogens.

• Dilute in a spray bottle to clean door knobs, telephones and other community surfaces.

• Dilute and gargle morning and evening as a protective mouth rinse.

Toothbrush Sanitizer:

Fill a shot glass half full with water and 7 drops of On Guard essential oil. Use the toothbrush to mix well and leave the brushes soaking overnight.

1 rotisserie chicken, deboned

1 stick of unsalted butter

2 cartons organic chicken broth

baby carrots {can add celery too}

2 cans Grands biscuits

Spices to Taste {garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper}

Oregano Essential oil {to taste}

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add carrots {and celery}, deboned chicken. Add butter and spices Cut Grands biscuits into small cubes, add them to broth. Simmer on low stirring often until biscuits cook down into dumplings. Add ONE drop at a time of oregano essential oil and taste test. Oregano is a POWERHOUSE oil. A little goes a long way!
